MIND YOUR OWN [REDACTION] BUSINESS! I understand and accept the full responsibility of the way I choose to invest. I REFUSE TO TAKE YOURE ASININE TEST! I do not go running to FINRA regulators when things dont go my way, because I am a responsible ADULT! My money, my investment, my responsibility! Inverse funds are an important strategy for my investment Portfolio, as it helps me hedge my risk. Spent more time investigating the COMEX and derivatives contracts, or the Nickel future market, and less time pretending to care about us retail investors.
Hello:
I am writing to voice my opposition to the proposed rules for investing in leveraged and inverse funds. Its a violation of my rights as an investor and imposes unreasonable burden on my ability to trade in a timely manner. I consider myself well informed and do not need additional regulations to guide my investment choices. Leveraged and inverse products are an important part of my investment strategy. They provide important hedging functions and enhance returns as part of my overall portfolio.
Thank You
Rakesh Shah
Have full right to continue trading thr ETFs. I write covered calls for living. Cannot give yo my right to trade
To Whom It May Concern: The government has absolutely no right to determine what an individual investor invests in. Freedom, Liberty and Justice is what this country is about.....so stay out.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They protect my investments enhance returns and I understand how they work and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and they should be available to all of the public not just the privileged.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds/ETFs. These investments should be available to every investor, and available at every brokerage. There is no need for passing a "test" in order to use these products, as they are no more risky or difficult to use than options are. These funds in question are great to use as a hedge, and, in my personal case, only make up a small fraction of my overall portfolio.
I am an experienced and active investor and leveraged ETFs are a product that needs to be easily accessible to investors to manage their portfolios and hedge risk.
Just more government over-reach. Allow free markets!
I oppose the restrictions. I want to make the investment decision at my own risk. I don't need restricted regulations.
