We should have the right to invest in any public investment without regulation. There should be no requirements to go through for the average American to invest in any above board, public stock.
Im not in favor of this new regulation. Please vote NO.
There should be ETFs that support both bullish and bearish trends that investors can trade in.
Do not place restrictions, I am responsible for my own actions.
I understand that investing in leveraged funds has it risks but how to invest my money is my choice. I appreciate just and transparent regulations but limiting peoples freedom of investing is not one of them. Perhaps you should have regulations so that the ones who manipulated the market for their own profit but sent our economy into crisis, such as the one in 2008, will go to jail.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am well educated on how and where to invest. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and rewards. I am planning investment accordingly. Such funds are important to my investment strategies, this should not be restricted to a selected few. Thank you.
I am disturbed that once again the wealthy are being given special privileges when it comes to investing. I should be able to decide if public securities such as leveraged and inverse funds makes sense for my own investment portfolio.
I am perfectly capable of studying and understanding financial instruments and by limiting my access to funds you are limiting my opportunities to provide for my family's future.
We need to protect our right to invest how we see fit with out liberal regulators stopping us.
