I oppose any additional regulations and/or controls on making personal investment decisions. My opinion is based upon the knowledge and experienced gained since 1965 when I started investing which was followed as an investment research analyst and portfolio manager . I also hold an MBA and JD. The best protection for most investors is self taught over time without outside interference.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. Regulators shouldn't be able to choose the public investments that are right for me
No government should regulate how investors allocate their funds among various financial instruments. It is our risk to bear and nobody elses.
Please do not restrict my ability to trade leveraged ETFs as they are a core component of my trading strategy.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I am a private investor and am writing this letter to express my concerns with the actions proposed in the FINRA regulatory notice 22-08. The actions described in the notice seem to fall under the premise that the government can chose the publicly traded investments that are best for me or worse, I have to jump through hoops to pass some sort of government test to invest in things such as leveraged ETF's or inverse ETF's. It should go without saying but I have to say it her in protest of these potential rules - stay out of my investment choices.
We do not want your proposed regulations in Notice #22008.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I oppose any restrictions on my ability to invest in leverage or inverse funds. I should have the option to invest in any of these products without interference.
