I am a long time investor in Leveraged ETFs of US indices.
I understand the risk and reward involved in it. I have more than 15 years of investing experience in Equity, Mutual Funds, Derivatives and other investment products.
I want to have my own investment flexibility with my money and do not want someone restricting it by some or the other means.

Please don't limit people's ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds. Investors, not regulators, are able to choose the public investments that are right for them and their family.

As an individual investor, I reserve the right to make my own investment decisions. I would not like any restrictions placed on my trading abilities.

These ETFs have existed for almost 10 years. Why restrict access to them now?

I am opposed to any new regulation proposed by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) limiting access to publicly traded vehicle. Disclosure, due diligence, and free choice should remain unhindered by more subjective regulatory law.
I do use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge a broad range of equity investments with simplicity. These sector or index ETFs are used with leverage to balance my risk %.
I should be able to choose without filter of regulation.

Leveraged products used in an appropriate way within a investing framework have been a boon to investors like me.

The option to choose investments should not be available just to the privileged "accredited investors". I fully understand the risks associated with these products and choose to invest in them. These products/ funds are an important albeit small part of my portfolio as a way of enhancing my performance in the market and as a market hedge in some cases.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in such products by regulators.

Small investors, like myself, must be allowed to invest in free trade.

Let everyone invest, not just the already wealthy!

to whom it may concern. i oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds that are available for publics. leveraged funds play critical roles in my investment strategy and i am well aware of the risks in investing/trading in these funds. in fact, risks in buying these funds are too clear so that no tests or measurement of knowldege is required. hopefully FINRA regulators leave theses leveraged funds as is for public retail investors so that we can play a fair game against the privileged. I as a retail investor, hope to have the capability and freedom to trade leveraged and inverse funds. They are important to my portfolio especially in roth IRA where the option trade is restricted. I don't want to lose the tool of leveraged and inverse funds.
