I oppose restrictions to my right to invest!

Please reject this law. Citizens like myself do possess the ability to use leverage in a risk managed manner. Thank you.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to ALL of the public not just the wealthy. I should not have to go through any special process before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I occasionally use leverage and inverse funds for enhanced returns. This is my money and my risk. I dont need regulators to protect me.

I regularly use and trade these products. They have been. Great resource and I understand the risk. The prospectus makes that very clear. Options are far more dangerous but dont have nearly the same hurdles to use that are being proposed.

In USA everyone must have freedom to invest anyway they like, we dont need FINRA to block trades under the disguise of protecting investor. As investor everyone should understand risk of losing money, its individuals responsibility not some Government created entitys.

I respectfully disagree with the proposed regulations to restrict the investment option on leveraging funds. It is equal to rob us who has already invested heavily into these. Its illegal to rob people in a civilized society. You should compensate our loss if you discriminate these investment options.

Investing with leveraged and inverse ETFs is essential for my investment style. I have been doing this for the last 30 years. I have sufficient knowledge about investing and have sufficient funds to support myself. I earnestly request you not restrict their use to an ordinary investor like me.

I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

It is very important to keep Triple leverage funds in market for individuals trade with complete understanding the risks involved
