Dzmitry Yakimovich Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST

For Member Firms

I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I don't support any further regulation on leveraged ETFs. Leveraged ETFs are an important tool for all investors and limiting access prevents a fair playing field in the markets.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
Free market goes both ways. Limiting these ETFs is un-American
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. Stop being greedy and pick on Bezos you bozos.
I want the ability to invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. They are very important to my investment strategies!
FINRA is right to have concerns about leveraged and inverse ETFs for retail investors trading on their own without a broker or advisor. Simple attestation and acknowledgement of risks with education is the answer. Investors are constantly told investing has risks and the primary focus should be on education of those risks without detrimental affects on broker dealers, brokers or advisors.
Regulators should not be telling me what I can and cannot invest in. All this does is make it hard for the small investor to invest like the big investor.
We need more options or tools to invest and hedge. Please keep them. Thanks
Comments:Please do not limit my ability to trade any so called complex products, such as leveraged and inverse funds, or impose any more regulations than are currently in place.
