I have been investing for many years. I feel that the Government should not be able to control my investments.
Furthermore I have worked many years to earn the funds and strongly feel the Government should not be able to control where I invest.

I hereby state that I am opposed to restrictions on my personal rights to invest.

The stock market is a way to invest in the Future of the United States. Over the course of the history of the U.S. Stock market, it has trended upward. Thus on a long term time scale, the use of margin on an index tracking fund will generate higher overall returns than through pure capital allocation.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. These leverage and inverse funds, including that they help me to protect my investments or seek enhanced returns. I understand the risks associated with them.
