Phuoc Le Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose any restrictions by FINRA or any other regulatory bodies on my right to invest in publicly available investments such as leveraged and inverse funds. You couch your actions as protecting individual investors. We do not need your paternalistic [REDACTED]. Take it elsewhere. There should not be any special process, including passing a test or net worth test, or any of that crap to invest as I see fit. It's MY MONEY and I decide what strategies work best for me, including the use of leveraged and inverse funds WHEN I DETERMINE IT'S APPROPRIATE. Not you bureaucrats decide.

Glenn Hofmann Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Investors not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for our financial goals. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and Inverse funds are an important part of the choices available to investors as we manage our portfolios, and there should be no restrictions on them. Thank you, Glenn Hofmann

Brandon Tobey Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

1.) Limiting investment opportunities to those with high net worth is inherently un-American and is borderline predatory on those who would be excluded from making these investment plays.
2.) Leveraged and inverse funds are crucial to my short and long term investment strategies. Information and notices are provided with these, and should continue to be. Expanding information requirements is a viable and forward-looking step; restricting access to financial tools is not.
