I am against regulations to limit my investments!
Restrictions on who can trade leveraged funds is not a good solution. Retail investors deserve to have the same access to the markets as professional investors. Personally, I made alot of money in 2021 and lost most of it in 2022 in leveraged trading...and , while nobody wants to lose money, I am completely ok with it because I got to choose when to buy and when to sell... it's freedom which is what this country was built on!
Your letting people pour money into NFT's...but heaven forbid i invest in a "Complex" public investment. I dont want your ever expanding oversite, leave me and my money alone.
I earned this money over a life time It is mine alone We didnt elect you to allow any administration to put any limitations on. It to give to ilegals or other countries This is treason
I'm an adult and I don't need the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority restricting access to funds. I know the risk and it's my money.
Everyone needs to invest
Hello
Regarding the proposed changes, I am concerned about the blocks being put on individuals and small investors like myself.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and you and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged, investment banks, hedge funds and wall street.
I am a regular investor with goals and aspirations. Why can't I invest a percentage of my assets in leveraged funds? Why do you think this a privilege is just for the wealthy? Please do not think you are protecting me. Instead, you are holding regular people like me back from investing in assets that we believe will improve our investment returns.
