Jason Canon Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Respectfully, the government I vote and pay for has no right nor business to turn back to any citizen with ANY type of bureaucratic restrictions on their investments.

As a lifelong USA citizen I would he harmfully effected economically by a wide range of investment categories you are considering restricting.

Stop treating the voting public like children. You are in no position to be deciding what I may or may not invest in legally. Such ill advised decisions wil inevitable drive investment money into illegal activities.

Christopher Thompson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This is a wildly inappropriate overreach by regulators.
I'm already unable to participate in IPOs that I would otherwise be very comfortable investing in because I'm not an "accredited investor." What happened to these "accredited investors" when they lost everyone's money in 2008? Did they go to jail? Did they lose their right to trade? No.
Trying to remove one of the few avenues left for a retail trader to make good gains is just plain wrong.
