I should have the right to choose my investments as I wish. There is no reason to restrict me from investing in Cryptocurrency funds. I understand the risks involved just like I understand the risks in trading options, which I also do daily. Cryptocurrency funds are an important part of my balanced portfolio designed to achieve my financial objectives. I object to having restrictions placed on my cryptocurrency investing.

I am a care giver. I invested my money to provide for my retirement. Since I have had a ROI of about 18%, I think I am capable of making my own decisions regarding my investments. I don't need any bureaucratic idiots telling me what to do. I see what the bureaucrats are doing to this country. Leave me and other investors alone! You're trying to provide a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
I tell my stockbroker what to do. He doesn't tell me.

The investing public not regulators should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family.
Investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
