Dear Regulators, I STRONGLY APPOSE the proposed restrictions for my individual use of Leveraged and Inverse funds. By taking away our individual ability to trade these funds, you are handcuffing the people who need this most in the name of protection. We don't need your protection! Let us be responsible for ourselves.

This should be my decision to invest as I choose!

Schwab has a detailed descriptions of these funds that you have to read and agree to, and I fully understand the risks. For this reason, they should not be restricted.

To Whom this may concern, This is another government overreach taking away freedoms - I am opposed to this measure and urge you to cease and desist in moving this forward.

Id like to also add, why wasnt John Paulson, Lehman, bear sterns, country wide, Maddoff and countless others stopped before and during the housing market crisis? Why stop bear market investors now? That is wrong.

Any restrictions on the right of the general public to invest or trade leveraged or inverse funds should be as limited as possible. Otherwise, the market becomes more off limits and only for the elite in the the general public's eyes. Educational requirements, made as simple as possible, perhaps would be helpful, but any other restrictions, especially those that limit the general public from participating in the market fully, should be limited

I am a very "average" investor - net worth under $500k, I make $70k a year. Leveraged and inverse funds are important, but small, components in my overall investment strategy that I use to enhance and protect returns. Please do not add to the regulatory quagmire by placing restrictions on my ability to invest as I see fit.

Leveraged ETFs are important for option trading

I oppose limitations on my investments in leveraged and inverse funds. I want to be able to invest freely.
