I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before investing in public securities such as leveraged and inverse funds. Stop taking away PUBLIC investment choices

Explain that you are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Tell regulators you do not need these measures imposed on you. I spent 22 years in the securities industry and have been active on my own for 20 years ever since.

I oppose any and all restrictions that might be applied to Leveraged and inverse funds, because they are important to my investment strategies. I currently use Leveraged and inverse funds to help me protect (hedge) my investments or to seek enhanced returns, and I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.

I am capable of investing in risky assets like inverse leveraged and leveraged accounts. I do my research with high quality support from FundStrat and read Barrons, Wall Street Journal and follow many analysts. It is important for economic growth in the financial sector not to restrict

I am disappointed in the possible restrictions that Rule #S7-24-15 would impose upon myself and other retail investors. Both leveraged and inverse funds, while not my sole investment, do hold an important place in my overall investment strategy. I have put time and effort into researching and selecting the funds I currently hold in my investment portfolio. This includes back-testing and comparing rival and similar strategies and investments. I understand the possible risks including volatility of the leveraged and inverse funds I have chosen.

These securities are important in helping me to hedge & protect my investments. Investments in American companies that have been under extreme volatility due to inflation & government interference & spending out of control.

Leave the leveraged stuff alone.
