Here is my comments on this issue. We should have a right to choose the investment that are right for us. all investment including leverage fund should be open for everybody with out any discrimination . If you want to impose the restriction on the leverage and inverse fund than it should be restricted to the high net worth individuals and the fund managers because they are the one who manipulates the market with the help of the regulators like the one who proposed this. As my investment strategy I always use leverage fund particularly inverse fund to hedge my portfolio.

I strongly oppose the proposed FINRA regulation that would restrict my ability to easily invest in public securities that FINRA deems "complex products" such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the risk issues related to these investments and I don't need any nanny state to "protect" me from making bad choices. I use such investments, which are a limited part of my portfolio for achieving certain investment goals that I select. Having a governmental body deciding whether I am capable of making my own investment choices is ridiculous!

Please keep these valuable investing tools available to us. Inverse and leveraged ETF funds are easier than managing options manually.

I should have the right to invest per my own decisions. You should have no control over my investing strategy. This is my freedom to do as I wish.

Regulators, I am beating the Indices with leveraged and inverse funds! How arrogant to imply that you know what is best for me and the other millions in the markets. You have done too much damage to the markets already! You should be repenting not destroying!

There is no valid reason to restrict freedom of investment in this way. If the United States continues to restrict freedom then a more competitive system will replace it. If these investment products are available to wealthy Americans then they are good enough for every American.

I feel I should be able to choose the public investments that are best for my portfolio. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks without having to take a test to trade them. These funds are an important part of my strategy with less risk than trading commodity futures, for example. Thanks for your consideration.

Having traded futures, metals, South African gold mining stocks, and a long-time investor in coins and bullion. I know of the risks of buying leveraged and inverse funds. Please do not limit or complicate my ability to make these purchases as I wish. Right now i am short the stock market with DOG and short intrest rates with TBF; Also long with oil holding USO. My money - my decisions!!!

The proposed regulations would unnecessarily infringe on my freedoms to contract privately on financial matters based on my own discretion. Leveraged and inverse funds are an important component of my trading strategies, and I should not have to disclose or satisfy any particular financial means or investment knowledge tests to enter into financial transactions in these products.
