Publick investment shukd be available to all of the public.Privileged don't need as much to suplement there retirement account as working people. I shoudldin't have to go through any specjal process like passing a test bifore I can invest in publick securitiefs, like leverage and invers funds. There are help on for people who want to learn how to invest in leveraged and inverse fund. Example "jasonkelly.com". Limiting my acces to these funds is in my opinion wrong and unfair. My question to you Gentlemen is how you determinig who is qualified and who is not to invest in public securities?

I have invested and traded in stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, put and call options, leveraged and inverse securities, futures, gold and silver for 61 years. The huge volume of shares traded in some leveraged securities is substantial evidence that the securities are meeting the needs of many investors and traders who use them for various purposes, including portfolio protection.
