William Simpson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Comments: Leveraged ETFs and inversely leveraged ETFs are not easily obtainable by novice and beginner investors. I request that Federal intervention not be invoked. Its my experience that investors have to submit special acknowledgement of the risk prior to be able to trade Leveraged/Inversely leveraged ETFs. "All" websearches already discourage their use. Again I personally state that no intervention should take place.

Elliot Cole Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I have been successfully managing my investments for decades. Leveraged and inverse funds have been an effective tool for me, especially in this volatile environment. I would have been at a disadvantage if I was not able to use these tools as hedges especially for my long positions that I have held for years, and which would cause an expensive tax event if I had to sell them. I hope that FINRA will not remove them from the individual investor.
