Robert Bewersdorf Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

As a life-long investor and a former registered representative with a Series 7 license, I learned that each person's investment strategy is unique to their current, as well as future, needs. Also, each individual's net worth may require hedging strategies that only leveraged and inverse funds can provide. To restrict access to these investment products means that regulators know the reasons each person's investment portfolio uses leveraged and inverse funds, and assumes these reasons are somehow counterproductive and/or unsuitable.

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special processes like passing a test because I can invest. I do NOT need any additional measures imposed on me. Try putting some better restrictions on congress, the house and house speaker's husband instead of restricting the general public. I am well versed in handling leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

Michael Rasmussen Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA, Everyone should have access to invest in UltraPro and UltraPro Short ETF's.and other funds without limitations. We should all have the right to make the investments in public securities that we choose and they should all be available to the public.

I invest in these securities, UltraPro and UltraPro Short ETF's to help protect my investments and keep positive returns.

Andrea Hill Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I feel that your proposed regulations are insultingly presumptuous. I alone will prosper or suffer from my investments. I dont need interference in my choices. I have been handling investments for many years and have done quite well. I can handle complex instruments, and more importantly I know my limits. I include leveraged or inverse funds when and only when I am comfortable that they are appropriate. I feel that the conclusion that I need to be restricted, not to mention tested, in using these instruments is beyond insulting.
