No FINRA Proposed Rule you are not protecting the retail investors if you was helping you wouldn't let the market makers, hedge fund etc do what they want manipulation in the stock market.

Comments:This is not Right for you guys to limit us! This is nothing more than keeping the little people from building their wealth. This is unethical to stop the average Joe from getting The Gaines that he/she should actually be getting. Settling for just market value sucks and you guys know that! This regulation divides people on purpose, to keep ordinary people out of investing opportunities that would enrich them financially. It allows the mega wealthy to keep control of creating market volatility, with them deciding as large share holders, when the boat needs rocked!!

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. Alternative investment options are a very important part of a diversified portfolio. I should be allowed to invest after accepting disclaimers that the investments are high risk.
