Dear Regulators, Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this proposed regulation. We didn’t choose unprecedented debt or rising inflation. It’s a matter of human rights to allow individuals to choose their positions in the market with intelligence, education, and any capital that could offset the problems that have been created for us. We are trading with depreciating dollars that have already been taxed. Creating regulations in line with a “my dollar, my choice” philosophy feels fair and ethical under the circumstances.

I have a reasonable networth and enough understanding of markets to know that occasionally someone may want to hedge their portforlios or part of it due to the volatility we see often in this world. By restricting the use of inverse funds and ETF's, you might actually cause many investors to lose more money because their ability to have alternative investments are not available. I do believe FINRA wants to help protect investors but in fact may be doing quite the opposite. I am strongly opposed to your making it more difficult to use these investments.

Do not put restrictions on the purchase of crypto coins, funds etc. I know the risks and so does everyone else investing in them and I and they are willing to accept the risks and don't need government regulations to "save" us, or "help" us, or restrict or limit us.

I oppose the restrictions that are being considered to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds. I've been investing for many decades and I'm aware of the risks associated with such funds and if/when I choose to invest in them, then it should be my right to do so without any special process.

There are so many things wrong with this proposal:
-it discriminates against people based on income
-it's elitist
-it incorrectly assumes more financial education leads to better outcomes. Which is why the vast majority of investment firms under perform the market.
-unless this is announced to happen years ahead of time, it will cause people in these funds to be blind sided by the government.
-You already have to get permissions and sign off on the warning in large firms like fidelity.
-people can move into even more dangerous options.

People can buy or invest in whatever they want, stop trying to control everyone and everything. LEAVE THE CRYPTO CURRENCY SPACE ALONE!

I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I feel it is my right to invest in what I want because I earn it. I feel you have no right to put limitations on my right to invest.

Keep your hands off of our crypto wallets! We refrain from the need to regulate how we invest our own money. Mind your business and manage your own home funds how you please and we will continue to do the same, without any of you meddling in our family affairs. We have and deserve to continue to have the right to FREELY manage the growth and expansion of OUR WEALTH just as we please. So retract any and all of this nonsense immediately. Thank you!

Leveraged ETFs are an extremely important part of my long-term investment in my taxable accounts and also IRA accounts. Please don't arbitrarily dictate what we can invest and what we can't. You will disrupt our retirement plans and perhaps we should sue the authority for the adverse actions.
