Please contact either the receptionist or the staff attorney assigned to your case for photocopy assistance. In the event there is a large photocopy requirement, please use an off-site service.
Storage of Materials: Parties and arbitrators must make arrangements with the FINRA Dispute Resolution Case Administrator to leave any materials overnight in the conference room; however, there are no locks on the conference room doors. Accordingly, FINRA Dispute Resolution assumes no responsibility for loss and or theft of exhibits stored overnight. FINRA Dispute Resolution cannot store exhibits between hearing dates due to space constraints; therefore, parties must make arrangements for pick-up or shipment of materials following the conclusion of a hearing or dates of hearing. FINRA Dispute Resolution staff will not be responsible for arranging shipment or transfer of documents to another location; however, parties may arrange to have documents picked up and shipped from FINRA Dispute Resolution’s office.
