I oppose this , this is not becoming of a fair and free market . Blaming retail investors for Wall Street over-leveraging themselves is ridiculous. Passing rules like this goes against what our markets stand for . I should be able to invest in whatever Id like as long as I have the money

It is my understanding that you are considering restrictions to leveraged and/or inverse investments... I sincerely disagree with this proposed policy. As a retired Naval Officer (pilot) with 2 Engineering degrees and an MBA -- I think I'm capable of evaluating risks within my investment portfolio. Moreover, all investment involves risk and every investor knows it and Public investments should be available to all Americans not just the uber rich!

I should be able to decide what investments that are right for me and my family - not anyone else, especially the government.

This sort of over-reach seems like another measure to draw a line between the "have's and have-nots" by allowing the privileged to invest in these excellent investment tools while limiting access to the general public.

I am an investor in the market and have no understanding where FINRA receives its right to tell me where or how I should invest my money or how much risk I should take with my money. It is my money and if I want to waist every penny of it you have no say in it. Please remove this irrational and unfair regulation.

The ability to protect myself, my investments and thus my ability to survive freely is a constitutional right. Economic manipulation to the negative impact upon free people is enslavement. To the freedom of the American people such an action done from the inside is treason and when done from the outside is an act of war. Do you want to harm the American people?

I appreciate groups attempting to look out for the well being of others, however, I should be the only person making a decision on MY investments using the money I have made. No one else made that money for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public and not restricted.

I have a brokerage account at Fidelity M & R. They require each customer to specify their risk tolerance in advance. That
provides sufficient screening for an individual investor like myself to take an ETF position with or inverse to an industry sector or the market, whether it is leveraged or not.

I have used Leverage funds for many years and it is an important part of my investment strategy. I understand the risks of the leveraged fund and prefer that strategy over options and margin purchases. This is clearly not a concern of regulators as it poses no threat to the overall stability of the world financial system and frankly is an overreach into what investors can use. Thus i request that you do not proceed with restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
