It seems that every day there is a new government restriction on the citizens of this country. Wear a mask, get a jab, do this, don't do that, over and over and over. This is just one more power grab by the ruling class, one more attempt to exclude citizens from what they have, to restrict our freedom to live as WE see fit, not subject to a "test" or a qualification or a reading list. This is nothing but government overreach. We have the freedom to spend our money as we please. It's nobody's business, certainly not the government's.

Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
I believe investors should be free to select the securities they deem best in pursuing their investments goals without restrictions or special processes/requirements.
I use TBT and PST to hedge the market and my bond positions. I don't see how these are any riskier than commodities or options. If you fill out a brokerage application for options, you should be able to use these.
I oppose the regulation.
As investors, we should be allowed to buy leveraged index funds at our own judgments.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me, without the government putting restrictions in place such as a test to determine my fitness to invest my own money. It is my hard earned money and I can invest it as I see fit. Leveraged and inversed funds are important to me in my overall portfolio.
