Daniel Ingulli Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Hello, I am discouraged to know that there are regulations and restrictions being proposed that would severely hurt my investment strategy. Levered and inverse funds are very important to me and I strongly oppose such regulations and restrictions. Myself and my neighbors regardless of designation, education, or wealth should be allowed to choose for ourselves what risks we want to take. We are a country founded on freedom of choice and equal opportunity; to add qualifications to an investment opportunity clashes with this idea.

The investors should have the right to learn about and invest in leveraged and inverse funds. These funds can be useful to use as "hedges" during certain market periods and these funds can be a very useful tool to support other long term investments. There is no need for investors who choose to invest in these funds to take any exams or go through any special steps. Many investment ETF funds can be risky and can cause for losses just like leveraged and inverse funds.

Scott Cheney Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Why would my public investment choices need regulated? Public investments should be available to all the public, without qualification or privilege. A test to purchase a PUBLIC security? Really? That's ridiculous and sounds like government heavy handed tactics to favor the rich. I don't need to take a test to be able to make my own choices for public investments!! Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and while they can be volatile, I don't need regulators restricting my choices. Please don't restrict ability to choose public investments.
