I am opposed to regulatory restrictions of my ability to buy, sell or trade public stock. My investments are mine and I do not need regulations to hinder my ability to sell, purchase or otherwise invest.

You politicians screw up everything you do both democrats and liberals and republicans
Im well aware of the potential downsides to letfs Im educated. I am not staking a substantial amount of net worth and am hopefully using them to safely obtain an early retirement. Cutting letfs from the public market in my opinion would be a detriment to the retail investors.
Stop preventing Americans investing our money in crypto. Stop this nonsense. America is the land of innovation and opportunities!
We do not need regulations limiting smaller investors abilities to take on risk. There is adequate warnings already in place for levered ETFs. Small investors already cant access many investments that the wealthy can such as private equity and venture capital. This will push more investors into taking riskier margin loans rather than a managed leveraged product.
Ridiculous to remove, however, having someone acknowledge that they are OK with the inherent risks would make sense.
You shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of
understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. Regulators do not need these measures
imposed on me.
Please do not meddle with my rights to invest.
I must be able to decide when, which, and how I invest my money. I do not have to have any regulators or individual or governmental agencies to tell e how to invest. I have a fair understnding of the markets, risks, and benefits of investing. I must be able to make my own investments and portfolio balancing by using leveraged and inverse funds. As an individual citizen of these US of A, I do not want any restrictions on my ability to invest however I choose.
