I wanted to write to tell you that I strongly oppose any measure to control investments in leveraged and inverse funds. I don't want the government telling me what I can and cannot invest in. This is overreach at its worst. Trust that the individual has his own best interests at heart when he invests in these tools.

Restricting access to 'complex' financial products via arbitrary wealth and educational thresholds is unduly restrictive and a disadvantage to the retail investor.

I want to continue but sell this inverses please dont restrict them

In the last 5 years I have made a substantial amount of wealth using these leveraged investments and plan on retiring soon using them.
My ability to make wealth for me and my family should not be restricted.

I think that this is a completely unnecessary, useless, and counterproductive rule. Please do not do this!

I oppose any restrictions that will prevent me or any individual investor from investing in Public securities such as Inverse funds. Individuals should be allowed complete freedom to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully aware of the potential benefits and risks associated with these investments. They are very critical and essential investment tools in times of distress and volatility and actually help protect the nest egg when used correctly as hedges.

I will be sure to vote against any politician that backs this regulation.

As a retail trader myself, these regulations are vastly unnecessary. Why all of a sudden is the SEC and FINRA wanting to limit us small traders on Complex Products? This seems like they are in favor of the hedge funds and institutional investors only. I've personally researched all about Leveraged and Inverse Leveraged ETF's before i've invested in them. I know all the risks and benefits that come with them. Don't cut us off because of the few bad uneducated retail investors.

I think I should be able to decide in which securities the I want to invest. Please keep the regulators our of my business decisions.

The current law as it stands works fine. If it is not broken, do not fix it. We do not need any new laws nor to change the existing ones. Leave it alone please.
