Adam McKenzie Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I should be able to make my own public investments. I am fully aware of the risks associated with leveraged and inverse funds.

I am most disappointed with the suggestion that FINRA is considering restricting or eliminating the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. If we common-folks cannot utilize these investment tools then you must be sure that this applies to EVERYBODY including Wall Street insiders. Otherwise, let everybody have unfettered access to these investment instruments.
I am writing due to possible restrictions on buying inverse funds. I feel it is everyone's right to invest in any public funds and they should not be limited to a few. Any investing has a certain amount of risk and there should not be certain funds that require additional training or a set amount of personal assets. I use inverse funds as part of my portfolio to hedge against the variations that come with a fluctuating market.
I strongly oppose your proposal limiting my ability to freely invest and access the entire spectrum of public securities. I don't need your help or intervention.
There is not any problem that needs to be solved with respect to leveraged and inverse ETFs. Leveraged and inverse ETFs are critical components of my trading and investing; they allow me to achieve enhanced returns and also help me to protect my portfolio during market downturns. I have actively traded and invested for over 30 years and monitor my accounts on a daily basis. I am certainly capable of understanding how leveraged and inverse ETFs perform in various market conditions over both short and long time periods.
I think LETFs should be allowed for normal retail investors. It gives us a chance to better diversify our portfolios and accumulate more wealth.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
The freedom to invest in leverage funds needs to stay that way and be not impeded . It gives investors the opportunity to protect and diversify funds .
The public must maintain their freedom to choose their investments without restrictions. We do not need political nor any type of "filters".
This thinking that only a certain few should be able to invest in certain public investments shows us that the market is really just a big scam manipulated by the rich we really know you don't give a crap about the little investor so don't feed us crap about your looking out for the little guy
