Matthew Klein Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Gentlemen, I have a masters degree in Engineering. I have lost many thousands of dollars in these transactions. I have also lost more in traditional stock and real estate investments as well as made some earnings. My suggestion is that you can not protect me from myself and this applies to others. I understand the good intentions. However please consider going lightly with qualifications and procedures as opposed to over reacting with stringent regulations.

Killian Lynch Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Hello! I am relatively new in my career(just graduated with a degree in Computer Science) and finally have an income of my own to invest. I'm what you would call a self taught investor. Investing has always been my true passion. One of the great things about this time we live in is our ability to learn just about anything thanks to the internet. The individual should be able to choose their investments. This isn't something that should be held to those deemed 'worthy'.

Brian Morgan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me & my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

I don't need government or regulators to think for me.
I'm an adult and am very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and the associated risks.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds, to help me protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns.

Peter Knapp Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Leveraged long and inverse ETFs are a material component in my trading strategies. They are a proven alternative to options, which so often expire worthless. Please do not impose any burdens on our ability to continue trading these securities. The brokerage warnings are more than sufficient to ward off investors that don't understand or appreciate contango/backwardness, leverage risk, etc.
