Dustin Starbuck Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Quit trying to help or protect me the "small" individual investor. Restricting my access to protect my portfolio by restricting access to inverse or leveraged funds is paternalistic and will only cause damage to small investors. The big money interests can hedge their portfolios but you would not let the little guy. Thus, the little investor will suffer the drawdowns & crashes while the money interest will profit since they will be able to protect themselves using inverse hedges and leveraged products.

Mark Wagner Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest as I see fit. I should be able to choose which investments are right for me and my purposes. I should not have to take a test in order to invest. These restrictions are nothing more than making it more difficult for small investors while allowing privileged classes the ability to profit from restricted investment classes. If you can invest in these investments, I should be able to invest also.
