I'm make my own investment decisions without being governed or controlled by regulators. This is an overreach and goes against freedom and liberty, self governance and being able to make ones own choices. It's unAmerican! How dare you try to dictate what, when and how I invest my money or determine what's best for me and my family! These are personal decisions that are frankly none of yours.

Please allow me to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.

This regulation would threaten my financial stability as a consumer. The only way I protected myself against the rise in fuel price has been buying levered gasoline ETF's. Please do not move forward with the rule change. Millions will suffer because they will be stuck to investment options that only their employer can control.

The investor or trader should be entitled to make their own investment decisions if they so choose to do so. Limiting the ability of individuals to do so should not be allowed as it is a violation of personal rights of free speech which is protected under our constitution. If I as an investor choose to invest or trade in any one kind of investment I consider that to be my business, not the business of some government bureaucrat that probably has no idea of how to invest or trade for themselves.

Investors accept risk (a little or a lot) when they invest in leveraged or inverse funds. Please do not impose restrictions that violate our freedom to invest freely. This is OUR money that we have earned and Investors invest at THEIR own risk. I am a fully licensed investment advisor rep. I know what I am talking about. Thank you

Regulators should not limit leveraged etfs to individuals

This is an outrageous suppression of the common person to save high return investments for the wealthy only. This is an outrage. Excluding lower income individuals from the potential benefits of investment would push our country further into a debt slave society that it is quickly becomming.

This is absolutely crazy.

Institutional investors and others have long had access to and the ability to invest in equities that were never available to the public, including pre-IPO, private placements, and other vehicles to either hedge their investments or generate returns they would otherwise not see.
