I am opposed to restrictions to my right to invest in any public investment. If the vehicle is public it needs to be available to the investing public and not restricted in a way that favors a privileged group. I have been investing since the late 80s and have a good understanding of the market and the various vehicles that are offered and do not believe new barriers are needed.
