Gwen Goforth Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to decide where to invest my hard earned money. The stock is owned by stockholders - not the government. Regulation will just keep those who have lots of money and big business in control of the market while keeping the larger public out of being able to invest where we want to. I already have no income from the company I retired from (not like the good old days) and I use my hard earned money to invest and try to have some income for my older years. Help the middle and lower classes out.

Brienne Dylewski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA,
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process, like passing a test, before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not want these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies and the diversification of my portfolios. I have been using them for many years.

Please allow qualified investors to invest in the manner they see fit.
Stop babysitting adults and let each person be responsible for their actions.
Too many rules!
One thing you can do is to not allow people to short equities unless there is an uptick.
Some genius killed that rule, creating a lot of havoc in the market.
Take care of things that helps the market be stable, not blocking people from doing what they want, even if they lose money!
Thank you.
