You shouldnt restrict my access to funds that I have been investing in for years. Your proposed changes are arbitrary and subjective. I invest in these funds to hedge other investments, but they arent complex.

There is risk investing in the stock market already and we don't need the regulators to impose any restriction on our abilities to buy and sell any stocks, especially those that we may already have positions established. New regulations for existing stocks, including current leveraged and inverse funds, expose investors to unnecessary risks beyond our initial decisions to buy or sell. Please don't complicate the situation for investors.

You have no right to tell me what to do, I mean what's next you going to tell him how much water I can use when I can mow my lawn when I can pee in your front yard you have no right to tell anybody what to do you probably can't even get your own life right how are your juvenile delinquent teenagers doing today

Actually, I think it is appropriate to limit certain types of investment vehicles to people who can demonstrate that they understand them. So, go for it.

Let everyone invest. The leveraged ETFs are very well explained in all brokerages that I invest through. We are able to make decisions ourselves. Don't add restrictions. Don't burden the general public in favor of the few.

1. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged 2. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds & I understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

In my opinion, investors should have the right to decide which public equities, bonds, ETF's and mutual funds they want to buy. The FINRA plan puts this right on the government and regulators, not us. This eliminates our right to decide what is best for me.

Everyone should be free to invest in what they want to. Don't take these tools away from normal people.
