Do Not regulate the use of funds which are leveraged, or inverse funds as they are the easiest to use to get this feature without having to use options. The options have their own problems that are over regulated as it is.

The leveraged etf is important for asset management. Everyone should be allowed to participate into the market for fair chance to leveraged etf.

We should be able to invest in these leveraged and inverse fund products.

The inclusion of a diverse range of investment options (including leveraged and inverse funds, etc.), is the exact proof that the financial market in the U.S. is a leader in the developed world, with a fully developed market that suits the needs of all different types of investors.

Limitations on buying LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS are not reasonable. If FINARA really needs to put limitations on individual investment, cryptocurrencies and options should be banned instead!

I have done very well using leveraged funds. If you merely buy low and sell high, you can make far more money. It is easier and simpler that using options, for a small fee I let the fund do that. I also like inverse funds, which provides market liquidity and it is similar to selling short, but again easier for me. Please let me decide what, where, and how to invest. Please let me and my family keep access to what ever we would like to invest in.

I wish to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing. Though the notice means to reduce the risk for investors, it will have an echoing effect across asset classes that may not be fully realized. America is a land where we grant greater freedom than most. This freedom has allowed us to create one of the greatest economies of all time. The reduction of risk exposure will ultimately reduce return.

America has free cap market to trade. We are not becoming a highly regulated market like countries without freedom. Individuals financial risk shouldnt be spread to the free market

Government overreach is getting way out of hand now-a-days. Individuals should be free to choose the public investments that they deem are right for themselves and their families. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and my own investment strategies.

It is really important for individual investors to have access to those financial tools to either speculate or hedge. You will put individual investors at great disadvantage.
