Occasionally I really need to use inverse funds. I know of all the issues but am convinced over the years it is safe for me and very convenient. Leverage is also handy sometimes. Thank you.

Comments:You will be surprised to see how well we understand leveraged and inverse leveraged ETFs. There is a lot of information on the internet about it and we do our research. Sure, we dont have the connections that the big boys on wall street have or their multimillion dollar accounts but we do understand the markets and the problems with inflation we are having right now.
Dear FINRA:
I am very much opposed to restrictions on my right to invest. This is a great overreach making public investments available only to the privileged few and puts the small investor at a great disadvantage.
I am at the stage in life where I am longer able to work outside the home and plan to use investing to support myself in my later years.
Comments: Leveraged ETFs and inversely leveraged ETFs are not easily obtainable by novice and beginner investors. I request that Federal intervention not be invoked. Its my experience that investors have to submit special acknowledgement of the risk prior to be able to trade Leveraged/Inversely leveraged ETFs. "All" websearches already discourage their use. Again I personally state that no intervention should take place.
I do not need any body from the government playing with my investments that is my job not the government
I am in the process of learning about this and I don't appreciate you taking away my options.
I have been successfully managing my investments for decades. Leveraged and inverse funds have been an effective tool for me, especially in this volatile environment. I would have been at a disadvantage if I was not able to use these tools as hedges especially for my long positions that I have held for years, and which would cause an expensive tax event if I had to sell them. I hope that FINRA will not remove them from the individual investor.
This should be available to everyone.
