William Huddleston Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I do not appreciate the government telling me what the right investments are for my family. I also do not like the government making one set of rules for the middle class and another for high net worth individuals on wall street. Please leave crypto investing alone, there were 85,000 new millionaires from cryptocurrency alone last year and I like to invest in worthwhile projects in that space. Any president that oversees and allows cryptocurrency to be curbed in any way other than rooting out fake projects will sound the death knell for their political party.

Michael Chmilewski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose the regulations currently under consideration that would constrain my rights to choose investments that are best for myself and my family. Nor should there be any convoluted, special process that is used to deny my rights to trade in investments in leveraged and/or inverse funds which are often important to managing risk in any investors portfolio. I have substantial experience in investing and do not need BIG Government protection in such matters!

Robert Bulliard Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

In no, way, fashion shape or form does the government have any business telling investors whether they are 'permitted' to invest in any investment and this includes but is not limited to:
1). the regulators have no business telling me what I can or cannot invest in. this is way to much control on their part.
2). I shouldn't have to prove I can invest by going thru some sort of test. its my money and I'll invest anyway I like.
3). I seek enhanced investments like pro shares to increase my overall return for my children and grandchildren
