Putting regulations on buying crypto in this manner just means more manipulation in the market. Doesn't surprise me. I strongly stand against this action

I am a common individual investor. I have some stocks, such as RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION(RTX), OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION(OXY), etc. Due to the recent market decline, I had to protect my investment. Three methods can be implemented which are futures, options, and inverse funds. It is too risky for me to involve in options and futures trading. It is a feasible and low risky solution for me to have inverse funds. Inverse funds can hedge my position. If the market continues to go down, I will buy some stocks of companies that I think are excellent.

Dear Sir,
I have good understanding of leveraged and inverse funds and their associated risks. I think leveraged funds like TQQQ are well suited for my short term and long term investment strategies. And these are available to all of the public and not just the privileged.

Therefore, I oppose restrictions my right to invest in leveraged & inverse funds.

The filthy rich (all pun intended,) have NO right to bring unrighteous regulations against the free people of the Americas on what or how they should be able to invest their hard earned moneys to become financially free. But thats just the problem though isn't it, these filthy people don't want us to be free Ain't that right!

Im against this on so many levels a free person should be able to invest in any public offering, Those who should be barred from investing is any elected official thru their term and for 2 years after. This would include mayors senators congress etc
