I feel I should be allowed to choose the investments that are right for my family to invest in our future. The average american family needs to have the right to all investments, not just the wealthy, elite people of the world. It needs to be an easy process so average americans can increase their money as well. This helps keep down on people relying on other resources to have money.

Let everybody invest freely. Do not restrict investment

Stop implementing elitist policies. Let everyone invest. This will have the same effect as literacy tests for voting, and is a violation of the right to pursue happiness

I oppose limitations on my ability to buy the funds

A big portion of my portfolio is leveraged index fund and I do not like it when the government tells me I cannot investment them. The alternative for me would be much riskier individual stocks. You want to prevent ppl from risky investments by forcing them to make even riskier investment?

Stop prequalification for investing

I hope it is not true FINRA is going to restrict trading in leveraged and inverse ETFs. I have used this vehicles for financial planning for 15 years. They just one of many invaluable tools to be used in certain situations. There are risks in EVERY investment. Leveraged funds get a bad rap, but if you study the math, it is really unjustified. Yes, they have higher fees, which can be an issue. But there are many un-truths behind them. Please do not restrict them
