As a single senior woman investor, I want my voice to be heard. This is my life savings we are talking about, as slim as they may be compared to wealthy investors. 1. Leveraged and inverse funds are mandatory to me especially in this declining market, as they act like a hedge to protect my investments. 2. I have a financial advisor because I am not astute in financial matters.

Let us invest how we want. Why is there an attempt to regulate where we invest our money legally. Leveraged and inverse funds are important for increasing my retirement fund so I'm not working till I'm 70.

Dear Sirs, I strongly believe that all citizens should have the right to choose the public investments that they have decided upon. We should not have to go through any special selection process. We are capable of understanding the benefits and risks leveraged and and inverse funds. Participating in these funds are just as important for us, as to large corporations. We must all be treated equally,

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, because this is my "small business" (this is my main source of income)
Public investments should be available to ALL of the public,
not just the privileged, because many retail investors do this for a living (not for fun). Give more regulations to the "TOO BIG TO FAIL" not to the "average Joe" like me

Why is it that only people who are already weathly are allowed to invest in something that may or may not be "risky"? As long as my investments are legal, there is no reason to restrict my access. The securities act of 1933 does not apply to crypto.

I am not in favor of any regulation that would take away my ability to use investment devices that are available to others or to throttle or adjust my access.

I use a leveraged ETF (TQQQ) to risk a smaller amount of money and possibly achieve greater returns as part of my comprehensive investment strategy. I am quite pleased with the results and will continue to use it as a portion of my overall portfolio.

I have been using leveraged and inverse funds for quite a few years. There are plenty of warnings that i have to acknowledge on Fidelity and Charles Schwab. I do not need a nanny state looking over my shoulder

I am an individual investor. I do not consider inverse and leveraged ETPs to be complex. Inverse ETPs are an intuitive and straightforward way for the average investor to hedge against long positions in their 401K using a self-directed trading account. My colleagues and I have learned that it can be counterproductive to move funds in our 401Ks into cash and back into long term investments, given the limited number of exchanges allowed and end of day pricing. Instead, we at times will hedge our long term investments using inverse ETPs in other accounts.
