Aaron Singer Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

These restrictions intended to be imposed are not appropriate. The Market is an inherent risk and a free space for those to invest. I have made good and poor investment decision with their own outcomes that have played out well or been not so great. And even in the midst of regrets of the the poor circumstances - I would not have wanted any other way then to have learned from those decisions and to have been able to make those decision on my own. My freedom to choose where and how I invest is my own decision - and I would like for it to remain that way.

Yousef Bidoun Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

As an investor, I should have the freedom to choose my own investments and take full responsibilities for my gains as well as losses. I will never invest on anything that will test my ability to invest or make sound decisions. The financial crisis is a perfect example of over regulated investments. I want to be able to invest in a market on the way up as well as on the way down. Regulators always assume things always go up. It does not work that way in nature which follows cycles. Stop interfering with gazillion of regulations...

Thank you for allowing me to comment on behalf of myself and my family. We deserve the right to invest our hard earned money in our future and on our terms. We deserve to be able to have the same access to the same tools as the institutions do. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authorities suggested and extremely complicated regulations are unworkable, arbitrary, and harmful to individual investors like us because they would prevent us from using the very tools necessary to be able to fight back against Wall Streets manipulation.

I truly feel that this new regulation would severely damage any investor that is interested in securing his or her financial future.

Cryptocurrency is the one financial vehicle that is not only affordable to ANY investor regardless of the amount of wealth they may have but that can change an investors financial status overnight.

It is no more risky, than any stock an investor may buy or trade, or any real estate venture.

Citizens should be able to choose what and with who they want to invest in. I often use leveraged funds to hedge my portfolio and occassionally when I see an opportunity to enhance my returns. I use them strategically and very carefully.

It's my money and I don't believe it would be fair to restrict access. Pretty simple really - my money - my decision. Please do not put these proposed restrictions in place.
