please do not place restrictions on right to invest
I like leverage funds . It gives us opportunity for huge returns. In every investment they are risks . But with calculated risk we get opportunity for huge returns. Please allows us to invest in these funds as it is now. Please dont restrict trading these funds.
I oppose restrictions on my freedom to invest as per my risk appetite
You tax the average person at every turn and on every item you can. You [REDACTED] away billions of dollars while not representing the interests of your constituents. You use our tax dollars to gain favor with U. S. and foreign businesses for your own personal gain. The you I am referring to is our the current worthless politicians that make up our so called Government. Leave our hard earned retirement funds alone.
Freedom to invest is ones right. Any proposed bill that discriminates investing between rich and poor should never become a law. Middle class Americans should have the same right as rich class to be able to invest however they want.
I would not have the secure retirement account I have today if not for the TQQQ option.
I oppose this planned restriction on my right to invest in public investments.
The "little guy" should not be prohibited from investing in leveraged and inverse funds - we are just as capable as wall street of doing research and looking out for ourselves.
implementing this new restriction would just be another case of stacking the deck in favor of wall street professionals.
FINRA and other government regulators should never consider limiting regular people's right to invest their wealth in whatever way we see fit. All these regulations just keep people from being able to invest at full capacity and prevent them from making money. People should educate themselves about ETF's and leveraged funds but can use them successfully as I do to hedge in a downturn or for other special purposes.
Our firm is totally against your potential very harmful regulation.
If you proceed expect a class action
