You should let the investors decide for themselves. It is enough to have the knowledge of the way the investment works rather than just saying no to a particular investment.

I oppose limits on my investments. The government's and investment community's restrictions should end at providing an investment prospectus, which is the current requirement. Mind your own business BIG GOVERNMENT!
