I am strongly opposed to the restrictions to my right to invest. My choices on how to invest my money should not be governed by the government, nor should I have to pass any special tests before I can invest in public securities, e.g., leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, via knowledge bases that are publicly available. The proposed measures to limit investing to only 'qualified' individuals only seek to keep investing for the privileged few, rather than the public.

We investors must freely be allowed to invest without government Interference!!!

I strongly believe that we investors, rather than regulators, should be able to choose the public investment options that are right for us and our family. And all kinds of public investments should be available to all the investors, not just the privileged ones. USA is a democratic country, which ensures equal investment opportunities and rights for all investors.

We Need The Leverage!

I am wholeheartedly against the proposed rule changes.

I came from a communist country, which limited all my freedom in every sense. I chose to come to the United States due to the fact that citizens have the right to different types of freedom, including investment freedom. I want to maintain the freedom to buy and/or sell, choose an occupation, compete, and make a profit. Therefore, I want to continue freely investing in public securities of my choosing. Using leveraged and inverse funds are important for my investment strategies. I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and the risk it brings.

I fully understand the risks associated with leveraged and inverse ETFs. I study my investments diligently and believe I have the knowledge to continue investing in these ETFs, especially during these times when inverse ETFs allow to hedge against the market going down.

To All Regulators, Regarding FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, I want to state that I am fully capable of choosing the public investments that are right for my family and myself. All public investments should be available to all people, not just the privileged few. I should not have to go through any special process in order to invest in certain public securities. I fully understand the risks involved in all securities trading including leveraged and inverse funds. I do not need these limiting measures imposed on me.

I am already frustrated with the limits imposed upon me as an individual investor and I don't need any more restrictions. I think if the warnings were a little stronger so that the investments were "properly understood" other people might think twice about what they invest in. But please, NO MORE RESTRICTIONS! I should be able to have all the opportunities available to me that accredited investor do.

To whom it may concern:

I was very concerned to hear of the proposed regulatory changes for leveraged and inverse funds.
While I support the surface notion of FINRA protecting retail investors, I do not believe restricting access to these "complex investments" is in any way an appropriate step.
