Christine Kieffer
Senior Vice President, Investor Education, FINRA and President, FINRA Investor Education Foundation
Christine Kieffer is Senior Vice President of Investor Education at FINRA. In this role, she manages FINRA’s strategic initiatives to educate and protect retail investors. She also serves as President of the FINRA Investor Education Foundation, where she directs research and education initiatives that help Americans build financial stability, invest for life goals, and guard against fraud and financial exploitation.
Ms. Kieffer has dedicated more than two decades of service to FINRA’s investor protection mission. She contributes to cross-functional teams inside and outside of FINRA to advance the fields of financial literacy and capability, consumer and investor protection, and financial fraud awareness and intervention. This includes serving as Chair of the Committee Against Financial Exploitation for the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA) and as a member of the NASAA Senior Issues Advisory Committee. Prior to joining FINRA in 2004, Ms. Kieffer worked at Sallie Mae and Nasdaq.
Ms. Kieffer earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University with double majors in Economics and Mathematics. She is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®).
