I believe that I as am investor shouldnt be stop me from investing in leveraged ETFs. In regard to risk these ETFs are not any different than some risky stocks that are presently traded. Leave me my liberty to invest freely.

I oppose regularing trades to buy leveraged and inverse funds, like Ultra and UltraShort exchange-traded funds, as well as many other types of popular investments.

I am a proven investor and know the risks associated with all my trades/investments. I believe as a private investor I should be able to choose the public investments I deem best for me, not regulators. I shouldn't have to go through any tests or special processes or have access to "x" amount of money to invest the money I have worked for. This proposed regulation will only hurt ordinary investors.

I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

People should have a right to choose their own investments from a full universe of investment options. Please do not limit our investment options.

This is absolutely ridiculous to think that you can tell what hard working tax payers can do with there money. If we want to invest in risky funds then we should be allowed to. Its our money and we should be able to invest it how we want.

Stop trying to infringe on my god given right to invest my hard earned money to make a better life for me and my family.

I am totally against any restrictions imposed on me over trading leveraged ETFs. It is my right to invest my money on anything that I'd like and I do not want anyone else to make any decisions for me on how to invest my money or on what to invest it.

I strongly believe, that many people is very crucial to every person. Humiliating, embarrassing, taboo, and relentless are also capabilities by the government of US.

I am very concerned about the possible legislation that you are proposing. Some of the funds that would be effected by this legislation are an important part of my hedging process. Taking this ability away would severely impact my trading ability. I request that you do not remove the freedom to trade these investment vehicles that are not available anywhere else.
