Registration and Access Instructions

To register for an arbitrator training course, go to FINRA's Learning Management System and select a course to add to your Learning Plan. As a first time user, please follow these instructions to register for a course:

  1. Go to FINRA’s Learning Management System.
  2. Create a new account by selecting "click here to register now."
  3. Select the Course Catalog tab to search for the course you would like to take. Dispute Resolution courses are listed at the top of the screen and can be added by clicking the green plus sign next to the course title. All other courses appear in the bottom half of the screen and must be purchased.
  4. Turn off any pop-up blockers.

After you add the course to your Learning Plan, you will receive immediate access to it. If you have any questions, please email us or call (240) 386-4480.
